Aurora Foxes is a registered centre for delivering City & Guilds Entry Level 3 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry (7107-03).

This qualification is for you if you are looking for a career in the hospitality industry or you're looking to learn the basics of looking after yourself in your own environment. 

Entry Requirements:

Young people should not have a qualification of the same type, content and level.
There are no formal entry requirements. However, a robust assessment process will take place to ensure the young person is on the correct programme of study.

What's involved?

Within the scheme City & Guilds Entry Level 3 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry (7107-03) the following areas are covered:

• Customer service

• Serving food and drink

• Healthy eating

• Using kitchen equipment

• Basic food preparation

Course duration: 1 year

Our assessors have a high level of expertise and a wealth of experience within the hospitality and catering industry, they are dedicated to ensuring students are trained to achieve the highest of standards both within their work and qualifications.

Functional skills, health & safety, food hygiene and equality and diversity are embedded in all areas of the curriculum.
