10 Years of Partnership

2025 marks a monumental milestone—the 10th anniversary of the partnership between Hilton and Aurora Foxes. This decade-long collaboration has had a profound impact on both the students at Aurora Foxes and the broader community, and the celebrations are just beginning.

Over the past ten years, Hilton has been an invaluable partner, providing essential support in various forms. From placements and interviews to the launch of the beloved Flying Fox food truck, Hilton’s involvement has helped bring the vision of Aurora Foxes to life. The creation of a cutting-edge hotel kitchen and sensory room, as well as a variety of other initiatives, has greatly enhanced the opportunities available to the students.

Thanks to Hilton’s ongoing commitment, many graduates from Aurora Foxes have found long-term, meaningful employment opportunities. Currently, more than 11 graduates are employed at Hilton Hotels across the UK, a number that excludes the numerous graduates who are working at Hilton franchised hotels. This success story is a testament to the enduring impact of the partnership and the value Hilton places on nurturing talent and offering work-ready students a chance to thrive in the hospitality industry.

At the heart of this partnership is a deep sense of gratitude, especially towards Esther Brittan, HR Operations Manager for Hilton UK&I. Her unwavering passion, dedication, and commitment to helping Aurora Foxes students prepare for the workforce has been instrumental in ensuring the continued success of the collaboration. Esther’s efforts have played a key role in helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers.

The celebration of this decade-long partnership will culminate in the highly anticipated Hilton and Foxes takeover event at Foxes Hotel. This special occasion will not only commemorate the incredible success of the past 10 years but will also highlight the contributions of the other exceptional work experience providers who support Aurora Foxes students. These providers offer invaluable placements that help shape the futures of students in their final year at Aurora Foxes, preparing them for successful careers in various industries.
